T&P cell identifies knowledge skills among students and formulate sequence of activities to meet training schedules for appropriate placement
Arrange Scientific methodology like Psychometric tests or self analysis test to make students competent
Arrange seminars which will be helpful to students acquiring knowledge
Arranging Trainings and workshops which help them to enhance their potential
Interaction of T&P cell with Industries, Entrepreneurs and Employers for recruitment
Creating students profile database
Arranging Industrial Visits which is part of their curriculum
Arranging Expert Lectures and Guest Lectures for students from Specialized personalities
Arranging Soft Skills training and sessions which help them improve their personality
Arranging GDs, various competitions and Technical events branch wise like Quiz Competitions, Paper Presentations, and Project Exhibitions etc. Which make them confident to act
Arranging Recruitment program, conducting interviews
