Institution Curriculum Implementation Unit (ICIU) is constituted in the institute. This unit is responsible for institutional planning, monitoring and curriculum implementation and also to maintain the records. For effective implementation of curriculum during academic year 2022-23 the following committee is constituted.

• Study curriculum development process and prepare curriculum implementation plan at institute level.
• Plan for academic calendar of the institute taking into consideration the calendar from Plan
• Guide the departments regarding the philosophy of curriculum design and its implementation.
• Ensure uniform implementation of MSBTE norms for student assessment
• Analyze the reports of internal and external monitoring committees and take remedial actions Maintain the records of all activities in the prescribed formats

• Formation of the committee for betterment of the students & staff.
• Opportunity is given for the complaints to present their points of view and their problems.
• From the discussions and the facts presented, decisions will be taken to solve the problems.
• In case of necessity, the issue will be referred to the Principal and Management for their decision.
• Suitable corrective measures will be taken in the best interests of the students and the faculty based on the instructions of the Principal and the Management.

• Appraising the students about the content of the anti-ragging act and advising them to refrain from ragging.
• Making frequent visits in the campus to prevent any act of ragging.
• Explaining the students about the severe punishments and the consequences likely to be imposed as per the act.
• Display boards, charts and banners depicting the seriousness of actions to be taken in case of any ragging incident.
• Constituting flying-squads to keep track to eradicate/minimize the ragging menace.
• Anti-ragging undertakings of parents and students are filled.

• Affected individual should fill the Grievance form.
• Affected individual should fill the Grievance form.
• Identify the nature of atrocity.
• Place of incidence.
• Five witnesses needed as per law.
• Meeting with the affected individual and the witnesses.
• Discussing the atrocity nature with the outside college committee members.
• Form an Enquiry Committee and submit the report to the Principal.
• If grave untouchability incidence is noticed, then committee approaches the police and files FIR as per provision under section 3 to 7 of the protection of Civil Act, 1995.
• FIR must contain correct Sections and Sub Sections under the appropriate Act which are applied. Any attempt of minimizing the gravity of these offences shall be treated as “Willful negligence of duty”.
• Any complaint of atrocity on SC/ST by forcing them to eat any inedible substance, causing insult or annoyance will be given the punishment under section 3(1).
• The cases of atrocities on SCs/STs by non SCs and STs should be registered under the provisions of the SCs/STs (POA) Act, 1989 only, while the cases of enforcing any disability on account of preaching and practicing untouchability should be booked under the provisions of PCR Act.
• Atrocity against the bogus caste certificate shall be booked u/s 420 IPC.
• If any offence under sec. 3 of SC/ST (POA) Act is committed by a public servant, then he is liable to be prosecuted u/s 3(2) (VII).
• If the problem is solved at the college level by incurring punishments and implementing suggestions for non occurrence in future.
• If the problem is not solved at the college level, then it is forwarded to the police station.
